Order Processing

All orders are processed within 2–7 business days, excluding weekends and holidays. Once your order has been processed and shipped, you will receive a confirmation email with tracking information where available.

During periods of high demand, new releases, or holidays, processing times may be extended. We appreciate your patience.

Shipping Rates & Delivery Estimates

Shipping costs are calculated at checkout and are based on your location, selected shipping method, and order size.

Estimated delivery times vary depending on destination and carrier and are provided at checkout. Delivery timelines are estimates only and are not guaranteed.

Domestic & International Shipping

nomad_07 ships both domestically and internationally. International orders may be subject to customs duties, taxes, or import fees imposed by the destination country. These charges are the responsibility of the customer and are not included in the purchase price or shipping cost.

Tracking & Delivery

Once an order has shipped, tracking details will be provided when available. nomad_07 is not responsible for delays caused by carriers, customs clearance, or unforeseen circumstances beyond our control.

Please ensure your shipping address is accurate at checkout. We are not responsible for orders delivered to incorrectly provided addresses.

Lost or Delayed Packages

If your order appears delayed or lost in transit, please contact the shipping carrier directly using the tracking information provided. If further assistance is needed, you may contact us and we will do our best to help resolve the issue.

Address Changes

Address changes must be requested before an order has shipped. Once an order has been dispatched, we are unable to modify the delivery address.

Policy Updates

nomad_07 reserves the right to update or modify this Shipping Policy at any time without prior notice. Changes will take effect immediately upon posting.

Does nomad_07 ship worldwide?

  • Yes, nomad_07 ships internationally.
  • However, some countries and regions have blocked or restricted international shipping. 

How long does it take for international shipping?

  • The shipping time is dependant on the method chosen:
  • Special line: 10d avg; 95% in 15d.
  • International shipping: 5d avg; 95% in 7d.
  • Standard shipping: 25d avg; 95% in 30d
  • These shipping times are estimates, not guarantees.
  • These estimates exclude local holidays, occasional unavoidable events, and incorrect information (such as when customers provide the wrong address or contact information).
  • Each order has a tracking number that enables the monitoring of packages.

What if I entered the wrong phone number when ordering?

  • If you provided the wrong number, the package may fail to be delivered.
  • Please get in touch with customer service as soon as possible if the parcel has not been shipped so nomad_07 can change the details: info@nomad07.com.
  • In cases where the customer has provided the wrong phone number, nomad_07 is not responsible for the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.

International Orders

  • With international orders, nomad_07 will email you to confirm the correct phone number before shipping.

What if I have yet to receive my package after 20 days?

The following are the three main reasons packages are not delivered:

  • Missed calls from the courier;
  • Incorrect contact number provided at purchase;
  • Incorrect shipping address provided at purchase.

If the delivery failed for any of these reasons, please contact us at info@nomad07.com with:

  • the correct contact number/address;
  • the available times for re-delivery.

Delays might also occur due to events outside of nomad_07’s control, such as:

  • Flight cancellations;
  • National holidays;
  • Striking workers.

What if my package is lost or damaged?

  • Send photos of the damage to customer service at info@nomad07.com within 7 days of receiving the package.
  • If the freight company loses your package, we will arrange re-shipping as soon as possible.

What happens if a customer does not receive the package, but the tracking states that it was delivered?

  • If the package was marked as delivered by the carrier, but the customer reports they have yet to receive it, nomad_07 will not cover the cost of reshipping or refunding the order.
  • There may be cases where the delivery was made, but the package was left in an unexpected location at the customer's address.
  • Customers should reach out to the carrier and inquire if any additional details were left by the delivery person.

What if the recipient's address was wrong?

  • If the order is yet to be shipped, please contact info@nomad07.com so that we can modify the address.
  • If the address has changed, the customer will need to bear any possible shipping price difference.
  • If the order has been shipped, the address cannot be modified.
